SITUATION
Getting your team working together effectively can be a huge challenge. This is especially the case if some or all of your team works remotely. Time and energy can be wasted on ambiguity, destructive conflict and lack of alignment resulting in slow decision making and low levels of morale and trust.
SOLUTION
We work with Wiley’s Five Behaviours Team Development Program when we’re engaging with a team of 5-12. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s ‘Five Dysfunctions of a Team’ this program identifies and addresses the five biggest challenges faced by teams: establishing trust, engaging in conflict, enabling commitment, accepting accountability and achieving results. For individuals who are members of several teams, the Five Behaviours Personal Development Program builds a culture of teamwork through assessing an individual’s approach to teamwork. It also provides personalised insights on how individuals can work more effectively with others and introduces the vital behaviours and interpersonal skills needed to work together effectively.
